MY BOUGAINVILLEA

 My Bougainvillea

In my garden, I see my flowers blooming,

Not so full, but enough to soothe my eyes.

They are Bougainvillea with different colors—

Dark pink and light pink, mixed together so nicely.

Some branches reach high up to the sky,

Others dangling and touching the ground.

But whether they are high or low,

They all give beauty and make my garden glow.

Just like people I know in life,

Some stand tall and proud,

Some are humble and quiet.

But we need them all to see the beauty.

Life is not always smooth and easy.

There are challenges and people who test us.

But these things make us strong,

And make us eager to prove that they can be wrong.

True wisdom is not just from four corners of our classrooms,

But it comes from God, it is spiritual and deep.

He lets us see meaning in simple things,

And helps us understand our lives' beautiful story.

We must be observant, we must ponder deeply

And connect everything to our souls.

Because even in simple blossom of flowers,

We can learn the lessons of life and love.
