Helen Sarita is a Filipino author and poet who has been known first in the international arena. During the pandemic, she decided to revive the passion of her poet firends who had hibernated for a long time in writing poetry by encouraging them to speak their hearts again through their passion for writing. As for her, literature must not vanish but must be nurtured and preserved. She believes poets have the power to contribute their brilliance to bridging nations and the world. This selfless endeavor prodded her to create Filipino Poets (FPB), which she named after Blossoms Journal International Magazine, of which Sarita is the Founder. The FPB now has already 4,000 members. Sarita is also one of the administrators of the Passion of Poetry worldwide group with more than 40k members.
Helen Sarita has also the Mother Eagle Blossoms Show, where she interviews more than 50 poets local and international. She sought to have their voices be heard throughout the world.
She also ventured into book publishing with the unwavering support of her excellent team from the Filipino Poets in Blossoms, who believed in her sobriety and empathy towards literature. It also aims to uplift writers, especially students who can hardly afford their books to be published at a high cost. They named it M.E Publications which is now a government-acknowledged organization. She also continues her Magazine Publishing, The Blossoms Journal International Magazine which is the literary wing of M.E Publications. She sees to it, that every article in the magazine means love. This is another unselfish drive in which part of the proceeds will go to FPB charity works.
In October of 2022, she organized International Poets Praying Together group, inviting all poets no matter what their beliefs, denominations, and colors are, to unite by posting prayers in the form of poems, and insightful verses that can evolve the spiritual growth of each member.
Since Helen sarita is active in her charity work for the unfortunate people in the Barangay by giving school supplies before the school opening and used clothing for the parents, she conceptualized organizing "Mga Lumad sa Tagbino". She gathered people coming from Barangay Tagbino to reunite and inspire them by reaching out to their neighbors in order to support and help through their skills and talents honed through time.
Helen Sarita is a trailblazer. Her extraordinary vision is to nurture and boost people to grow in every aspect of life, She believes there will be unfolding stories to tell year after year if she is determined to reach her selfless goal.
